Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with merchants on TikTok, as well as identifying and collaborating with the right creators to promote their products or services.
Responsibilities:
-Actively engage and build relationships with merchants on TikTok, understanding their brand and marketing objectives.
-Identify potential creators on TikTok whose audience aligns with the brand's target demographic and values.
-Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Negotiate and manage contracts with creators, ensuring all parties are aligned on deliverables and expectations.
-Coordinate and oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
-Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
-Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok to maximize campaign effectiveness.
-Act as a liaison between the company and influencers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly.
-Build and maintain a network of relationships with influencers and creators on TikTok.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or account management.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of TikTok as a platform, including its features, trends, and user behavior.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messaging and objectives.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Creativity and a keen eye for identifying potential influencers and creating engaging content partnerships.
-Familiarity with social media marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
