We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
We are looking for a full-time employee to support the Creator Brands Project (CBP) team, specifically in CBP research, outreach, data analysis and operations in helping to scale our CBPs, helping with day-to-day operations, outreach and pitching to creator brands and creator brands launch strategy and execution. All in all, they will aid in onboarding new Creator Brands onto TikTok Shop, pushing GMV targets and performing tasks for the growth of the CBP Project.
- Source, onboard and grow Creator Brand merchants
- Assist in the management, operation and maintenance of the UK e-commerce Creator Brands
- Drive and manage Creator Brands partnerships and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock merchants' potential on the platform, and drive GMV growth and adoption of live stream and short video eCommerce.
- Work with creators and agency partners to produce high-quality E-Commerce content and grow GMV through detailed operations work.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and push through solutions with key stakeholders
- Conduct root causes analysis of issues affecting merchant performance and experience and collect Voice of the Sellers as feedback into product development and process improvement.
- Analyze and review the overall performance of the Creator Brands ecosystem, put forward long-term suggestions for the development of the corresponding creator brands, and optimize and improve the corresponding platform incentive policies.
- Provide full spectrum support to the CBP team on a daily basis and help them with daily requests
- Handling and completing urgent / special ad hoc tasks as required
- Good expression and communication skills, strong self-driving force, dedicated and responsible;
- Sensitive to data and sensitive to consumer behavior;
- Familiar with the basic business model of content-based e-commerce;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions;
- Internship or previous experience in social commerce (account management / agency experience would be a plus)
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills;
- Good team spirit with the ability to take your own initiative and work independently
