An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Ticket Office Team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Ticket Office Executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of service to all Norwich City Football Club’s internal and external customers, primarily in relation to all ticketed events including matchdays, in order to achieve sales targets as set out by the Head of Ticketing.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers where necessary with any incoming enquiries, utilising a variety of communication styles including but not limited to telephone, email, and verbal
- Process bookings for tickets and maximise sales.
- Deal with transactions and enquiries relating to season tickets, memberships, home games, away games and travel
- Responsibility for data input into relevant files to support with marketing initiatives
- Assist the Supporter Services and Junior Development team with any fan queries or support
This is an excellent role for someone who is confident, friendly, and professional, with excellent communication skills in order to create strong working relationships both internally and externally.
