Job description
We are delighted to be recruiting a new team as part of an exciting new Research England funded initiative: Thrive. A new approach to inclusive teamwork in research and impact leadership. Thrive will identify best practice in terms of inclusive and diverse teams-based working, pilot a new model of teamworking through a funding call in collaboration with the Arts and Humanities Research Council, and disseminate the findings to the wider HEI and research funder sector.
We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to help coordinate and shape this new initiative.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to help shape and drive the management, delivery and operation of this important research culture project, in liaison with the Project lead and Management Board. You will manage a dedicated project team (including four direct reports). The role will be managed by the Thrive lead (APVC for Research Environment and Postgraduate Research) and will sit within a large collaborative Professional Services team that focuses on developing research and partnerships activity across the University of Liverpool.
