This role will define, document, and execute tests and assess the results and finalised reports. Whilst maintaining oversight of changing vulnerability landscape of the organisation and not adversely affecting production operations. The role will help to build a best-in-class vulnerability assessment and threat management capability to proactively protect the Lowell Group´s staff, buildings, systems, devices and appliances across all regions. What we need from you? You’ll bring a successful track record of setting up and leading a best in class Red Team function for complex, high demanding environments in the private or public sector. Strong experience in a technical threat /vulnerability security leadership position. Solid experience of penetration testing management and coordination experience. Ability to understand the business context and technology to manage uncertainty and apply appropriate solutions in response to differential risks and needs. Proficient leadership skills to develop and lead a high performing team of experts. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent technical understanding of IT and Information Security solutions, processes and systems. Deep technical expertise in the area of cyber-attack and defence technology. Offensive Security Certifications (OSCP, OSEP, OSCE, OSWE, others) Experience working in a technical security position, penetration testing, information security hardening technologies and techniques, cyber attack simulation programs or similar background. How we say thank you? An exciting career is much more than just a salary. We also understand that everyone, regardless of culture, gender identity, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, or disability status, can contribute to our goal to make credit work better for all.
