Meadows Psychology Service is the sister company of Meadows Care. Meadows Care provides therapeutic children’s homes for children who are looked after. Meadows Psychology Service provides therapeutic support to organisations to help develop their trauma informed practice.
JOB PURPOSE
To provide consultation, psychological support, training and development to residential staff teams, education settings and a variety of organisations that we provide support to.
To provide psychological assessments, formulation and intervention to support children, young people and families.
This role will involve working with external organisations (particularly schools and education settings) to support the development of their therapeutic offer to the children, young people and families they work with. This role will involve providing consultations to teams, reflective practice sessions, training and other types of development, alongside direct therapeutic input to children and young people.
To assist in the development of the Meadows Care ‘Therapy Service’ and Meadows Psychology Service in accordance with the needs of company. To contribute to Meadows Therapy Service and Meadows Psychology Service as Centre’s of Excellence in the field of developmental trauma and attachment.
