Main description
Our London office is currently looking for a superstar Junior creative. You’ll be working alongside our creative director and designers to help with all concepting as well as helping to bring these ideas to life for client presentations and or pitches. You’ll think of yourself bursting with ideas, proactivity and the skills to bring them to life.
The Role
Our apprentice will be responsible for, but not limited to the following task list. As such this list should be used as a guide and not exhaustive:
- Working on creative client projects across a range of mediums including print and digital ads, social media, and infographic content, film and animation
- Presenting creative ideas internally to the Creative Director and also to the account teams as required
- Developing creative presentations and mood boards to help bring ideas to life and tell stories
- Assisting Creative Director on new business pitches
- Amending and redeveloping ideas after feedback
- Attending external locations in order to assist with the creative aspects of production
- Attending edits and post-production sessions in order to oversee completion of the production
About the course – Level 3 Content Creator
This course explores video production and editing, design, photography, post-production, broadcast and more. Learners are equipped with key skills, knowledge and behaviours to develop expertise and excel in their job role.
Apprentices are trained with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud suite including; Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
BCE’s unique training model offers our Content Creator apprentices the following:
- Monthly tutorials / industry masterclasses
- Online learning platform
- Video 1-1 tutorials
- Access to specialist guest speakers
- Support from an industry specialist assessor
Delivery sessions will include an in-person workshop format, webinar and remote learning options.
Candidate Profile:
- Good at coming up with ideas to solve problems (and it does not matter if they are introverted or extroverted) under time pressure
- Creatively curious, for example in questions around the brief, new mediums, assessing the competition and bold in their thinking and ideation
- Courageous in putting forward their ideas and challenging others
- Endlessly curious about culture and what makes people tick
Skill Required:
- Good with creative software (adobe suite)
- Social media savvy
- Passionate about art, design and visual culture
Training to be Provided:
- In-house mentoring
- Level 3 Content Creator

The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role.
You will work at The Distillery London 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time.
Qualifications Required:
We will review all future progress based on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
