Job Role: Test Analyst
Location: You may be based fully remotely, or in our Sheffield or London offices, depending on your location. If you are based remotely, occasional travel to a Fragomen office may be required.

About the role:
The test analyst is responsible for designing and implementing test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure software products meet quality standards before they are released to customers. The role will involve the below key responsibilities:
The test analyst is responsible for designing and implementing test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure software products meet quality standards before they are released to customers. The role will involve the below key responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop, design, and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure software products are developed according to specifications and meet quality standards
- Document test results and provide feedback to development teams
- Analyse test results and provide recommendations for software improvements
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
- Work closely with project managers to ensure testing is completed within project timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
About you:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also key aspects of the position in addition to the below:
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- ISTQB or similar qualification
- Relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
