Want to be at the front of technology advances? Join us on our Test Analyst Apprenticeship Scheme and you will study, learn and work towards a professional qualification while earning!
Test Analysts could work from one of two teams. Our Core Test team are the ones that make sure the calls you make on your mobile can connect with the people you’re trying to reach, and the Messaging & Services team that are responsible for all the additional services we offer, such as SMS, voicemail and location services. As an apprentice, you’ll be based in either of these teams, working at the forefront of exciting advances in the telecommunications technology world.
Build skills for the future
As a Test Analyst Apprentice, you will be working alongside Project Managers, Design Engineers and other Test Engineers across each project. Responsibilities you could take on include:
- Replicating and resolving faults, making changes within our network to ensure those faults don’t arise again
- Tracing where faults have originated from and performing tests against your resolution to ensure it’s efficient
- Testing new handset features that have been produced by suppliers to ensure these are running smoothly before releasing to the public
