Territory Support Specialist
Location: Field Based -Covering the Northern Region including NI, Scotland and North of England
Salary: Competitive + Vodafone Benefits
Hours: Full time
You will lead territory level projects to drive brilliant sales, service, and people objectives. To support, lead, coach and manage talent across regional teams and drive collaboration across regions to ensure a brilliant sales and service customer experience, exceeding sales, and service targets. To support the delivery of operational excellence across regional teams.
What will you be doing?
- Work alongside the Territory Managers, Regional Managers and wider teams
- Support and empower across regions to continuously develop, motivate and improve the team
- Support and challenge decisions/sales approaches to increase growth and exceed targets in regions
- Training on new services and refresher training of relevant and required topics
- Personally accountable for the performance across regions
- Build a strong network across regions to get things done & share best practice
- Support RM’s in their absence
- Accountable for ensuring the regions act within the guidelines of the FCA
Who are we looking for:-
- Support for territory manager on delivery of key sales, people and service objectives
- Identify growth opportunities/plans and monitor store performance across multiple regions.
- Support delivery and drive of the operational and controls dashboard across multiple regions.
- Be a catalyst for collaboration, identify best practice across multiple regions and create plans to share & embed divisionally.
- Identify and deliver projects across multiple regions and divisionally to deliver on profitability, service and people objectives.
- Have a high level of competence in the support of disciplinary and grievance management
- Feedback to management on how to improve customer experience
- Conform to company policy and guidelines
- Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision
