Job description
Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and sexual violence service (FJC) delivers a robust approach to tackling violence against women and girls. FJC have a permanent vacancy for a Tenancy Support Officer based within the FJC team to offer housing support and advice.
This Role includes:
- Assessing victims of Domestic abuse and sexual violence and providing housing support and advice
- Working across partnerships to manage Pan London reciprocal swaps and Managed moves
- Support the Housing department in understanding their tier 4 duty under the Domestic Abuse Act.
About you
This role will require you to work in a high- pressured service areas and work closely with FJC and the Violence Reduction Network
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- An ability to manage complex partnership working with a range of partners including VCS.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to use a number of different databases eg Word, Excel and to interpret data generated from these and other spreadsheets
- Able to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritization across different areas of work
