Job description
An innovative manufacturing company, based near York, is currently recruiting for a Temporary Sales Ledger to join their team.
This is an immediate start with a salary of £13 per hour. Full and part time hrs are considered with flexible start and finish times depending on the right individual.
Key responsibilities of the Temporary Sales Ledger will include:
- Validate, enter, and process customer invoices and credit notes
- Prepare batch processing reports within excel
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate posting of invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile customer accounts in both local and foreign currency
- Credit Control duties
- Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable ledger and the issuing of monthly statements
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audit requests
We would be keen to speak to individuals with excellent customer service skills, who works well with others and has good attention to detail.
This Temporary Sales Ledger role is easily commutable from York centre, Malton, Helmsley and Flaxby.
