Due to expansion, we are looking for a Temporary Lawn Care Operatives to join our growing family for the spring/summer.

Salary: £10.42 per hour + £1000 pro – rata on completion of the contract.
Hours of work: Full Time
Location: Jedburgh and surrounding areas

About the role
Working on customers' lawns with our Lawn Operative to help with the process of scarification, aeration, fertilization, and moss control. In general, you will be requested to rake lawns, pick up grass and other garden material, to bag or move it to compost heaps or recycle bins, ensuring a professional, important level of service always.
Main duties:
To visit several designated customers daily and assist the lawn operative.
Help using the necessary machinery to aerate and scarify lawns and remove waste to an acceptable level.
Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and basic maintenance of all machinery at the end of a working period.
Maintain standards of all health and safety practices, as supplied by Green Thumb Limited.
Maintaining a prominent level of cleanliness of the company vehicle and ensuring all servicing is completed
Always ensure a professional and smart appearance.
Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of the contract of employment.
Skills
The ability to forge and maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues
Flexibility to travel, work outside of standard hours if required and to work occasional weekends if necessary
Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions
Good timekeeping
Qualifications
Full, UK driving licence
