Job description
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all event areas are clean and presentable.
- Greet guests and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down of event areas.
- Assist with food and beverage service.
- Ensure that all event materials are properly distributed.
- Provide assistance to guests in locating their seats or other areas of the event.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the event.

The ideal candidate has prior experience serving customers in a high-volume setting, and understands the importance of being able to work with minimal direction. We're looking for an upbeat personality with a positive versatile approach to work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with fast and accurate service.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of basic food and beverage selections
- Present an image of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
- Accept responsibility for completing tasks.
- Provide guests with additional assistance when necessary.
- Be courteous when interacting with the public.
- Quickly adapt to newly assigned roles as directed by the venue management
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract
Salary: £10.90-£13.50 per hour
