CONTRIBUTE TO MEETING OR EXCEEDING TARGETS BY
- Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand through first class customer service.
- Assisting and leading, where appropriate, with day-to-day store operations.
- Showcasing the brand by consistently exhibiting company attitude and values, as a brand ambassador.
Experience:
Minimum 6-months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment.
Advanced face-to-face selling experience and extensive retail product and industry understanding.
Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership over them using store resources.
- Execute the brand customer service standards to meet and exceed customer expectation.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively during customer interactions.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to established store and brand operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in back-of-house operations as required, completing tasks quickly and effectively. Operate cash register hardware and software, completing transactions with diligence and accuracy.
