Position:
Telesales Executive
Hours: 22.5pw avg
Shift pattern: 4 week rota, 2 out of 4 weekends - Please example rota attached
Shift times are - Early 8:00 - 16:30, Mid 9:00 - 17:30, Late -11:30-20:00
Salary: £13,800pa plus up to £5,400 OTE
Location: Remote but initial training of 4 days in the Norwich office
Start date: October 2023

Role Purpose
You will be engaging with our customers providing guidance and advice on the lifesaving service we can provide, and how our alarm systems can make a difference to their everyday lives. The role requires making outbound cold calls to potential clients to provide information about our service and generate appointments for a follow up demonstration of our equipment.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
- Outbound cold calling to potential clients.
- Actively listening to customers.
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.
- Informing clients how the products can be beneficial to their lifestyle.
- Building a rapport with customer and capturing key pieces of information to aid the demonstration.
- Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello value.
- Actively looking at new ways to improve the outbound process.
Requirements:
Experience
Essential
- Prior experience in a sales role is a requirement.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
