Due to the success of the Yell brand, we are expanding and would like you to join us!
We are keen to welcome people who would like to join our team working from either our Belfast site or based from the comfort of your own home for both full time and part time opportunities!
The position will suit applicants with a demonstrable background in B2B telesales or a leadership role, preferably, within the digital marketing space, who are self-motivated and passionate about helping businesses to get found online with our outstanding products.
You can expect a fantastic salary package of £26,600 per annum FT and pro-rata PT, with On Target Earnings of £36,600 and excellent benefits package and reward scheme to celebrate job success.
Part time shift option: (22.5 hours per week, working between 8.30am & 5pm over 3 days between Mon – Thurs)
All successful applicants are required to complete 3 weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

What a typical day looks like:
Mix of sourcing new customers from your own research and lead generation.
Calling potential customers to introduce Yell and our services, with the view to sell them our products in a consultative and engaging way.
Working all leads in a timely manner, taking ownership to achieve required conversion rates and average order value targets.
Conducting a business review with each customer, gaining a full and detailed understanding of their business goals for the coming months and years.
Enhancing the customer experience by using screen share technologies to bring to life the discussion.
Conducting a marketing assessment with each customer, helping them to understand what is and is not working in their current marketing activity and provide insight to how this may be impacting them achieving their goals.
Challenge our customers thinking about their business and marketing in a way that adds value to their business in the future.
Using your experience and knowledge suggesting digital solutions to the customer from Yell’s Product Portfolio that will help them to achieve their business goals.
Closing sales in line with your targets.
Agreeing a Statement of Work and submitting credit check forms with each customer, to define what to expect of Yell’s Products and to ensure they are able to afford the product as they move forward with us.
Providing a seamless handover for each customer to our Onboarding Team and work together with the onboarding team to ensure Yell’s products are set up to succeed.
Embracing a personal development culture, where learning is a continuous requirement in order to provide our customers with the most up to date knowledge – marketplace and product.
Role requirements:
Sales focused telephone experience essential, preferably with demonstrable success in a B2B outbound sales role, or a leadership role.
Digital marketing industry knowledge preferred but not essential – including experience selling or qualifications in digital marketing strategies, platforms, or products such as online directories, websites, social media or Google AdWords.
The ability to build excellent rapport and self-generate new business through finding your own leads.
A team player, with experience of working within a team in an office or virtual environment preferred.
Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and take ownership to succeed.
Exceptional communication skills – you must be able to convey your passion and product knowledge clearly and effectively in a polished manner.
Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude lending to a consultative sales approach.
