Dragonfly Crowd are looking for Telesales Appointment Setters to work within our Business Development Team.
About the Role:
As an Appointment Setter you are the 1st point of contact for our customers and you will quickly need to build a rapport, arranging appointments for our advisors to promote Health and Protection Insurance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arranging high quality appointments from outbound calls
- Accurate Data Capture
- Diary Management
Requirements:
- Can do attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keen to learn
