Central food service LTD are an established and growing business in the food distribution sector supplying over 800 customers within a 100 mile radius from our Stoke On Trent depot.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for somebody to join our customer service and sales department.
Your key roles and responsibilities will be to take telephone orders from our existing customer database, invoice the customer through our semi bespoke system, administrative tasks, market research and up-selling products based on the findings of your research.
The successful candidate will also be expected to learn our cash and carry side, which involves serving customers face to face as well as taking telephone orders..
The person that we are looking for will be passionate about customer service and have an enthusiasm to help the business continue on an upwards trajectory by increasing sales to existing customers and forming relationships with potential new customers.
No previous experience ? No problem !
If you are passionate, reliable, enthusiastic and willing then full training and support will be given at all times by our sales & business development manager and their existing team of experienced operatives.
Core hours - Sunday 2:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Days may differ during the initial training period.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
