Key Purpose of Job :
BT Local Business Birmingham to Hereford, we are extremely excited to announce that due to our rapid growth and success we are now recruiting and expanding our team!

Key Responsibilities :
· Achieve Targets in all KPI & Sales Areas- Outbound Calling.
· Sell the full range of BT’s products and services
· Manage & build strong customer relationships
· Populate CRM tools as appropriate.
· Provide a prompt positive customer experience.
· Ensure your customer orders are dealt with efficiently.
· Be part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources.
· Participate in coaching, training and job shadowing
Required Skills and Abilities
- Capable of prioritizing own work load.
- Work along and take instructions from Senior members of staff.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Work, MS Outlook and Internet.
- Driven and determined
- Self motivated
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Be very professional at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,673.00-£39,673.00 per year
