Online Home Retail is the home of Plumbworld.co.uk - one of the UK’s largest exclusively online retailers of bathroom and kitchen products. With warehousing based in Evesham, Worcestershire, Plumbworld has been trading online since 1999, serving over a million public and trade customers.
Now a part of the Highbourne Group which proudly consists of City Plumbing, PTS, DHS, NSS, The Underfloor Heating Store, Plumbnation and Plumbworld serving trade and consumer customers across the new build, social housing and repairs & maintenance sectors of the residential and commercial construction categories.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 6.30pm.
Rate of Pay: Starting salary is £24,950 plus bonus scheme payable monthly based on sales value taken over the telephone. Total earnings up to £40,000 per year possible.

Onto the nitty gritty!
- Taking inbound sales calls from the general public and those operating in the repairs and renovation market
- Responding to leads on our website via live chat and email
- Processing customer orders and helping with product enquiries
- No cold-calling is required
We’d like to meet someone with
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Customer focussed
- Previous experience in a telesales role is required
- Knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products is preferable but not essential
