Job description
The role
Working as part of a small team, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing an excellent personal sales service mostly on the telephone, and administering orders of frozen meals. You will also connect with healthcare professionals to raise awareness of our service and how it can help support independent living.
The role is full time but could be shared between 2 people.
Skills
· Previous experience in a telephone-based sales/customer service role preferred.
. A desire to engage customers, build relationships and realise additional sales
opportunities.
· Caring, patient and professional telephone manner with our customers.
· Proficient with inputting data and maintaining a customer database.
· Excellent time management and organisation skills
· Team player who can help in other areas of the business when needed
· Competent computer skills including Microsoft packages

Salary: £20,319.00 per year
