Clyde Windows & Construction is a family run business based in the West of Scotland. We supply and install double glazing, conservatory conversions and build home extensions and sunrooms.
Our company is looking for an experienced Retentions Advisor to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful applicant to become a part of a dynamic team that creates a comprehensive strategy for retaining and creating customers.
Although job can be carried out remotely, there would be a requirement to attend office in Lanarkshire for initial training and then monthly for managers meetings. Ideal as a second job for the correct candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new & existing customers
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our double glazing products and services
- Assess customers' needs and make recommendations
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in retention
Experience in Sales ( would be beneficial but not Essential )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to preserve and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2-5 per week
Salary: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
