Do you have retail sales experience and are looking for your next exciting career challenge?
Due to a re-structure across the Ford Division we are looking to form a team of Telephone Sales Advisors to ensure our customer experience across the business is maintained at the highest level.
Applicants must be outstanding communicators with excellent call handling and keyboard skills. This job role requires, but is not limited to, the following essential criteria:
- Providing our customers (existing and new) with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
- Confident and competent using IT and telephone systems.
- Maintaining high call quality and customer engagement that meets the required standard for this role.

- Primarily based in Peterborough- but you may be requested to work at one of our other locations from time to time
What does the role involve?
- Create great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
- Live and breathe the brand, we've been doing this for 90 years and you'll be expected to bring a sense of excitement to their car purchase.
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
- Deliver not just a car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling of accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
