Zebra Square is a well-respected, sought after research agency based in Hornbeam Park, Harrogate.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to assist us in gathering top quality data on behalf of our clients. Our aim is to work closely with our clients to understand their needs, inspire them with our findings and provide recommendations and conclusions that they trust and are able to act upon.
The position will involve speaking with respondents on a daily basis, carrying out telephone interviews and asking survey type questions whilst accurately recording the answers given.
Applicants must:
- Be confident and comfortable making outbound calls
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be able to connect and maintain a rapport with the telephone respondent
- Be proficient in both written and oral skills
- Be able to accurately capture information given by the respondent
- Be punctual
- Be reliable
This job is on a zero hour contract, with the possibility of various different shift patterns running Monday-Friday, mostly between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Must be looking for short term work and willing to start immediately.
Employees are entitled to 5.6 weeks of statutory holiday pay a year. This is calculated on an hourly basis. 5.6 weeks is equivalent to 12.07% of hours worked over a year. Therefore, if you work 10 hours then you will be entitled to 72.6 minutes of paid holiday.
