Our company has been in business for 14 years and we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Telephone Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Telephone Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers over the phone. You will be the primary point of contact for these customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers over the phone
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
- Following up with new clients’ enquiries, quotations and other documents issued to them
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Managing customer accounts and updating relevant information in our systems
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to exceed expectations
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
