This role offers the chance for a motivated individual to be part of a new vertical at Just Eat, UK Independent Grocery. In 12 months, Grocery has become a key part of our growth objectives within the UK and in this short period, the team has successfully partnered with many of the leading brands and Independent Grocery partners operating in the UK.
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Telephone Account Manager who is passionate, professional, and commercially aware to join our team. This person will help us in our mission to provide our ever-increasing number of Grocery Partners with the support they need to succeed on the Just Eat platform. The role is fast-paced and KPI-focused, with a need for adaptation and great people skills.
You will be a proactive self-starter, with a positive and ‘can-do' attitude. You will enjoy utilising data to drive your conversations with Grocery Partners, and will show strong commercial awareness. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be passionate about helping our partners succeed. You must thrive on exceeding goals, targets, and projects, and lead by example within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overall ownership of the day-to-day and Account Management of all aspects of a number of new Independent Grocery partner relationships
Connect with these partners via telephone, using a consultative approach to advise them on driving their revenue through the Just Eat platform
Use data to plan your contact strategy and to advise our Grocery partners on their commercial decisions, ultimately helping them grow
Plan your time effectively to maximise partner interactions whilst maintaining quality conversations
Respond to partner requests where applicable and ensure the correct internal processes are followed
Communicate cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to build own knowledge and ultimately benefit our restaurant partners
Be a brand ambassador for Just Eat, represent the company to the highest possible standard over the phone
