Our client are a FTSE 100 company, a market leader and a household name. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Telephone account manager to take over a well established existing customer base.
As a Telephone account manager your prime responsibility will be to look after/retain a well established client base by understanding your clients needs to identify and conduct relevant training with customers to support the partnership. This will involve interpreting and explaining customers performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate return on investment. The role is home based and will involve a mixture of telephone and Zoom/Teams calls.
The person
· Experienced in a telephone based account management role
· Consistent track record of over performance of targets and KPIs
· Formally sales trained and used to a consultative solution led in-depth sales approach
· Analytical and confident with data analysis
· Highly resilient with strong communication skills
· Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues
· Superb account management/planning skills
· Good admin/PC skills with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
· Smart, self-motivated and passionate about delivering a great Customer experience
