Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Manchester, City Centre

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 + Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £35,000+.

Operating Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 10:00 - 14:00

Job Description:

Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Telesales Agent to join their Estate Planning department. This is a new role and you will be contacting customers through warm webleads and doing an inital fact-find before doing a Hotkey ovet to a closer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Doing outbound calls to potential customers that have registered and interest through the website
• Doing an inital fact find about how they want to proceed with their Estate, such as wills, trust and lasting power of attourney
• Processing a Hotkey or a callback for a closer to complete the rest of the sale and draft the customers paperwork

The Candidate:

• (Required) Have a minimum of 1 year of Estate Planning Lead Generator Experience
• Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent telephone handling skills
• Excellent letter-writing skills
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong time management skills
• Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
• Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
• An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
