Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a Telesales/Business Development Executive role for our client based in the Halesowen area. Our client are a consultant surveyor, looking for an experienced sales executive to join their sales office.
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, no weekends.
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, dependent upon level of experience, commission scheme available.
Experience we're looking for...
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a sales executive position, completing telesales, preferably B2B.
- Confident telephone manner with experience completing cold calls and high call volumes
- Experience handling objections/negotiations
Daily Responsibilities will include...
- Completing a high volume of outbound calls, 100 + calls per day.
- Helping the team making use of company scripts, information, and email introductions to provide necessary information.
- Documenting calls, call back opportunities and using your own initiative to follow these up
- Monitoring the booking of appointments for field sales representatives
- Relationship management and the ability to develop new sales leads through existing client base
- Self-motivation and a determined attitude are a must, as this role can be challenging, but it can also be very rewarding, so we are looking for resilience, tenacity, and energy.
