Area: Wirral
Hours: Full Time 38.5 hours, based on flexible working hours Monday - Friday.
Start Time: Monday - Friday up to 9am.
Finish Time: Monday - Thursday earliest 4pm, Friday earliest 12pm.
Salary: Depends on experience.

Main objective
To work within a dynamic department to provide support to existing distribution network and prospective customers, providing quotations and technical assistance to help the company achieve their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Conversion of inbound sales enquiries to offers/orders.
* Assisting in communications with existing customers via their company CRM system.
* Analyzing sales/gaps to identify target areas.
* Following up quotations and sales leads.
* Providing support to their external sales team.
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent customer service skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communicational skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Experience in the use of quality CRM systems.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* High level of computer literacy.
