A bit about what you’d be doing
Overbury is looking for someone confident with a telesales or customer service background, someone who has the skills to build relationships and overcome obstacles to effectively research and qualify new business opportunities.
The Telesales role focuses on qualifying opportunities over the phone and researching companies based on key information, you will be an active and involved member at the forefront of the business development team based in London’s West End.
It would be great if you had previous experiences within a telesales, customer service or sales environment.
If you have experience in accurately maintaining a CRM system, it will give you an excellent base from which to develop.
A confident approach in speaking to new people over the phone with the instinctive ability to link information together is a must for this role.
This role relies on your ability to build a rapport with existing and potential clients by bringing energy and understanding to every call.
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator with both your verbal and written skills on show every day.

Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Creative, keen, helpful and curious, with an eye for detail
