Telesales Representative - Kluman & Balter
The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Representative to join us at Kluman & Balter! We are a friendly team who works hard to distribute and supply bakery ingredients to the food industry – a job we are passionate about and one we’ve been doing for 100 years, making us one of the UK’s leading food wholesalers!
The position is full time, office based in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
£25K - £32K Basic + Bonus & Benefits
This role will see you using your personality and experience to speak each day with our range of loyal customers, helping them to order the ingredients they require from our range and to sell new products they might not even know they need!
You will also get to work with our salespeople in the field who are out each day visiting customers to create new opportunities and grow the number of customers Kluman & Balter supply.
The environment is dynamic and fun. You will have the support and training to help you grow and become a valuable member of the Kluman & Balter internal sales team. Along the way there may even be a cake or two to sample!
As our new Telesales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of Kluman & Balter customers to increase sales and hit targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure we grow ourbusiness
- Manage the capture and entry of customer orders to ensure our customers get the right products at the right time on the right day
- Work with a designated field-based salesperson to manage all customer administration including customer pricing and quotes for new business
- Focus on resolving issues that can affect our customer service
- Look after you and your colleagues to help ensure we stay safe and healthy in a positive and friendly working environment
- Help Kluman & Balter to continuously improve, by being great at what you do
We are looking for an individual:
- Is confident, personable and enjoys speaking with people
- Is organised, motivated and energetic
- Is comfortable with numbers and confident to discuss prices with customers
- Is confident on Word & Excel
Helpful, however not essential:
- Has relevant experience within a B2B trading environment
- Has experience of delivering commercial targets
- Experience of developing and managing customer relationships
