Description of Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join the team targeting document management opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on sales enquiries, and offering administrative support to our field sales team.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and sales enquiries.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the document management industry as a whole.
- Use CX and CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the document management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- High level of motivation and commitment to achieving sales targets.
