What would your role at We Are Digital look like?
To deliver Telecoms Field Operative Training to cohorts of learners remotely ensuring availability of training meets demand through both volume and content. To create a positive learning environment for all programmes and delegates ensuring key messages are consistently delivered. To support in the creation of course content and all associated training material.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced trainer to cover the following topics:
· Introduction to Super-fast Fibre Telecoms & Network Field Installation
· Networking in the field –From fault identification, major cable breakdowns to the rectification of copper or fibre products.
· Network Infrastructure Overview - Understanding Networking from 5G to copper.
· Network Installations - Tools, Processes & Installation planning
· Health & Safety – General Principles, Safe systems of work and Risk Assessments
· Customer Service - Using Effective communication and Professionalism to support customers
· Modern working - Using digital task management software to work remotely in the field
· Working Safely around network infrastructure
· Understanding the Telecoms Marketplace - Types of products & Services
· Optical Fibre Cabling
