Working as part of our in house IT Team, you will be providing installations and support for our cloud hosted telephone systems (3CX and 8X8), local internet connectivity and 4G failover. You will be joining a fast growing team, closely working alongside one other Telecoms Engineer to provide support to over 150 practices and head office teams whilst also be providing 3rd line technical assistance to our busy Service Desk team.

You will be committed to providing the best possible experience to our group: taking ownership of problems, responding in a timely and professional manner, meeting service targets, and maintaining excellent case and project documentation.

This role will offer the opportunity to have ownership within your role through managing IT telecoms projects from start to finish including, 3CX and 8X8 site installations and migrations, broadband installations and other IT related projects. You will also build relationships through working with 3rd party suppliers to resolve faults, and ensure continuity of good service
