Job Overview
As a Numbers Team Support Administrator you would be responsible for, among other tasks, ensuring that customer’s requests for new telephone numbers are processed quickly and efficiently. You will also ensure that customer requests are processed in line with our internal policies, and you will work with other members of the team to build ensure that data is processed and maintained correctly and accruately on our platform.
In this role you will be supporting our international client base from our Head Office Support Hub, which operates on a 24/7 basis. You will be supporting on a combination shift pattern of 8 hour day or night shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include:
- Ordering new telephone numbers from customers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date number routing information
- Ensure customer compliance with internal allocation policies
- Conversing with customers on their requirements
- Interact with carrier and internal systems to allocate new numbers
- Handling enquiries, complaints and incidents reports from customers and staff.

This is an entry level position, which means you won’t need to have previous experience and you will receive full training for this role.
