We are looking for a professional and motivated Technician who has the willingness for further training and experience, to join a fast growing company. Helping small to medium sized businesses with fast prototyping and design for manufacture, we are offering a full-time position, working alongside our existing dynamic team.
As a Technician with Glideology you will work on dynamic fast moving projects where you can make a real difference – you will learn from our experienced engineers and our customers. You’ll have great support and mentoring, balanced with the experience of being given real, meaningful work to do, to help you truly develop both technically and professionally. This will all be supported and included within our training programme.
Responsibilities:
· Performing diagnostics.
· Maintenance.
· Maintaining company and industry standards.
· Replacing parts and components.
· Occasional site installation work.
· Problem solving.
· Troubleshooting.
· Provide post-production support.
· Evaluate systems and recommend design modifications and equipment repair.
· Liaison with suppliers and customers.
· Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment.
Required skills for this role include:
· 2+ years experience.
· Attention to detail.
· Highly organised.
· Ability to multitask.
· Professional and confidential conduct.
· Excellent timekeeping.
· IT literate.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 15:00 with 30 minutes of unpaid lunch.
Salary:
Salary expectation is £22K to £27K per annum, dependant on relevant experience.
