Job description

We are working with an award winning, privately owned Yorkshire based building services consultancy who are currently seeking a MEP Revit Technician to add to their team based in Leeds.

Our client has over 20 years' experience and have the latest design tools to support and advise clients from project inception through to building completion and operation.

Within this role you will be expected to:

• Develop 3D M&E Services models and produce necessary drawings using Revit & AutoCAD
• Manage the production of bespoke project Revit families
• Provide quality assurance for drawing process
• Work to meet deadlines whilst under pressure

Ideal candidate:

• 3 + years' experience as a Building Services Revit/CAD Technician working within a construction environment, ideally gained from a consultancy background
• Building services drafting experience
• Be highly skilled in Autodesk Revit with AutoCAD experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Able to work well within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
