Location: S Havana St. and E Orchard Rd.

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-5:30pm with 35 hours/week guaranteed. The family would greatly appreciate the flexibility of an overnight or two each month while Mom travels for work.

About the Family:

• One amazing child will be your focus in this role! At 9 years old, she is going into fourth grade and loves skiing and after-school activities. She prefers being outside and playing, and the family would prefer no TV or screen time during the week. The family has two additional children (16 and 19 years old) but they will not need care.
• Both parents work inside and outside of the home, with regular travel for work. They are busy professionals - they recognize the importance of the work you’ll be doing, and truly can’t wait to welcome you into the family.
• One German Shepherd lives in the home - vet appointment scheduling and transportation would be greatly appreciated.

About the Job:

• Duties will include childcare (including school dropoff, homework assistance, and safe transportation to activities), home organization, car maintenance scheduling, light meal prep, grocery shopping and inventory management, managing the family calendar, and travel booking and planning assistance.
• All standard benefits including PTO, paid federal holidays, mileage reimbursement and guaranteed hours are being offered.
• Standard vaccinations including the Covid vaccination are required.
• Additional household staff include a housekeeper and full-time administrative assistant.

The Ideal Candidate: will be incredibly proactive, organized, and tech-savvy! Candidates who come into this role with not only a background in childcare (teaching or volunteering experience would be a plus!) but experience in an admin position will thrive in this role. An Associates or Bachelors degree is required for this position.

Desired Start Date: August 2023

Rate of Pay (Gross): $28-$35/hr
