Opportunity Summary

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the construction industry who is interested in working on an as-needed basis supporting the technical aspects of client technical proposal writing. Ideally, you will have experience as a Project Manager and articulate the technical aspects in writing. This role will collaborate with the marketing proposal team and senior management with the goal of providing the technical expertise needed to support our proposals. This opportunity will be fully remote and is open to candidates across Canada.

Qualifications

- Project Management experience working on high-rise residential, commercial, institutional within a General Contractor environment.
- University or college diploma in a relevant construction/engineering program.
- Excellent computer skills including experience using MS Office.
- Experience in all forms of contracts and delivery.
- Strong technical, business, financial and legal acumen.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentations), including the ability to successfully. translate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work on an as need basis.
