Position Scope

The Technical Writer will rewrite the current freezer Operation and Maintenance manuals and develop various comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have a natural desire to help people understand technical information in a non-technical way. We are looking for someone who enjoys writing and has strong writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and rewrite current freezer operation and maintenance manual
• Draft, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with multiple departments to understand project requirements and to validate maintenance documents
• Prepare in-house training materials and technical bulletin
• Build product knowledge for use in developing clear and concise technical documents
• Assist Project Manager on day to day tasks

Qualifications & Abilities

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, English, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, primarily MS Word
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing
• Highly organized
• Great attention to detail
• Technical background is not necessary

Candidates with less experience maybe be considered as a Jr. Technical Writer.
