We are in the middle of a large scale transformation of our Global CFU service journeys – making them better and leaner for our customers. The ‘Global Data Tribe’ (GDE) tribe is responsible for transforming our sales, contracting and delivery experiences. The Technical Tribe Lead will lead a tribe of over 100 people, shaping, championing and delivering the technical agenda for this crucial programme.
Specific Job Requirements
- Work with strategy leads to shape the technical roadmap for the tribe
- Take personal ownership of the GDE technical deliverables
- Lead key technical resources in the delivery of technical outcomes
- Develops the technical capability enablers for the CFUs and translates into new business opportunities.
- Manages the transformation roadmap of the existing portfolio and/or estate, including cost, process and policies.
- Coordinates customer and user centric technical process design, driving and implementing improvements by applying understanding of the customer and user experience.
- Manages a complex, multi-domain team to execute on the long-term technical, architectural strategy for multiple domains /products/ services, coordinating work for delivery to team.
- Sets standards to the policies and processes for the team of designers to ensure delivery to timescales, informing environment of working.
- Provides technical knowledge to inform complex technology development and the use of innovative architectural approaches to solve high impact, complex problems.
- Manages escalations for projects within team portfolio.
- Showcased expertise on a project or a specific piece of work or led a project outside of the core areas of your expertise
- Collaborated on a new project with a recognised expert
- Led a cost reduction effort
- Allocated and directed a budget for part of the business
- Managed a rapidly growing team or part of a business
- Created a recovery plan for a struggling part of the business
- Volunteered for extra responsibility such as project team involvement/leadership
