Role:
This role would suit someone with a keen interest in at least one of technology; telecommunications, computing and service delivery and you need to be ready to embrace a customer focused role.
On a day to day basis, you will:
· Be the 1st point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring all tickets are logged correctly.
· Resolve 1st & 2nd line queries or faults, providing support.
· Work closely with our partners and IT team to troubleshoot and resolve queries and faults.
The successful candidate would need to be able to commute to Trafford Park.
Person specification:
· Support desk experience in a similar position
· Experience of working within telecoms (desirable)
· Ability to resolve complex issues in an efficient and timely manner
· A love of technology
· Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting skills
