Technical Support Professional
In this position, you will provide training and technical support for BT Redcare products, which is essential to maintain and grow our business with alarm receiving centres and installers.
- Deliver training on BT Redcare products & services to support BT Redcare sales strategy.
- Develop customer relationships by providing high level customer technical support.
- Pro-actively engage with Redcare customer base to ensure all systems & software are loaded and operational to enable sales & ongoing support of the Redcare portfolio.
- Identify & flag any new Revenue/EBITDA growth opportunities into the sales team for follow up.
- Create and implement effective and robust customer management plan.
- Measure all metrics and performance against KPIs.
- Be recognised as technical expert in the Security market, in particular, monitored alarms and related products.
- Deliver the right messaging that drives growth for the business and differentiates Redcare in the industry compared to its competitors.
- Ability to prioritise activities, showing effective sales, product and technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of industry technology, and uses this to take effective action where identified.
- Strong, up to date knowledge and experience in physical security, especially but not exclusively, in alarm and fire monitoring.
- Expert’ level knowledge in security or similar industry, either with a related technical qualification or equivalent experience.
