As part of an expanding team we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Officer to work within the ICT Department, providing support across the Trusts large and complex ICT Infrastructure, comprising multiple systems and 5000+ end user devices. You will work alongside IT staff to provide support to health workers across all sites in the Trust. You will be involved in the support and maintenance of a range of ICT equipment, applications and systems.

We are looking for applicants that hold a Level 3 qualification in an IM&T related subject plus practical experience of providing ICT technical support within a large organisation OR have at least three years practical experience of providing ICT technical support within a large organisation.
