About the Role
You will have the opportunity to learn and provide technical end-user desktop support to our customers. You will learn to install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and network issues,
Responsibilities
- Provide high level support for hardware and software applications to end users based in EMEA
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and network issues
- Proactive support in order to identify and fix issues before they occur
- Support Video Conference Meeting Rooms
- Continual improvement of the end user experience
- Work with other support teams to ensure end user issues are resolved swiftly and with minimal disruption
- Document and knowledge share with other members of the team and build knowledge articles where applicable
Requirements
- Experience and technical knowledge of Desktop OS and applications (Windows, MAC)
- Experience and technical knowledge of Office 365
- Basic networking skills
- Hardware/software installation
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Active Directory fundamentals
- Mobile Device Management (Azure/Intune)
- Basic Video Conference knowledge preferable
- ITIL practices awareness
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
