Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to learn and provide technical end-user desktop support to our customers. You will learn to install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and network issues,

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level support for hardware and software applications to end users based in EMEA
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and network issues
  • Proactive support in order to identify and fix issues before they occur
  • Support Video Conference Meeting Rooms
  • Continual improvement of the end user experience
  • Work with other support teams to ensure end user issues are resolved swiftly and with minimal disruption
  • Document and knowledge share with other members of the team and build knowledge articles where applicable

Requirements

  • Experience and technical knowledge of Desktop OS and applications (Windows, MAC)
  • Experience and technical knowledge of Office 365
  • Basic networking skills
  • Hardware/software installation
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Active Directory fundamentals
  • Mobile Device Management (Azure/Intune)
  • Basic Video Conference knowledge preferable
  • ITIL practices awareness
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
