The ideal candidate will have a keen knowledge/interest in support and technologies of print and associated applications of Canon Business Services, delivering to one of the country’s leading examination bodies.
Directly reporting into the Business Support Manager, the Technical Support will work closely with the Technical Consultant and key stakeholders to support, develop and design reports for key site stakeholders. This role will require a logical and process driven approach to change with a high level of communication.

What we ask
Working for a global leading organisation, you will be working in a Production Print environment supporting the ICT functions, development of programs and work flows across two sites. You will be required to:
- Administer new developments as delivered by change management.
- Ensure that systems in conjunction with Canon Head Office ICT and the ICT and Security Operations Manager are correctly mirrored and backed up on the correct timely basis.
- Create new reports to be used within the operation, both internal and by the customer.
- Developing processes and documenting change for business applications.
- Self-Development is important at Canon and you will be encouraged to take further training to develop your skills in this role through the support and guidance of your Manager.

This role will be working across our two production facilities at Duxford and Papworth Everard, therefore having your own transport is critical.
