Job description
Bailey Employment Services is recruiting for a Technical Support Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis for our client based in Sherburn in Elmet.
The successful candidate will be provided with full training, however previous technical experience is required.
Hours:
5 days a week
Monday-Friday
8:30am-4:30pm
Pay :
£11.54 per hour
Duties:
Responding to technical support enquiries via email and phone
Diagnosing faults and fixing products
Stripping products to parts
General day to day warehouse tasks
Requirements:
Desire to learn
Good communicator
Mechanically minded
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
FLT licence preferred but not essential
IT experience using Microsoft and Sage Line 50 (Sage experience preferred but not essential)
