Salary: £44,000 - £66,000
Role Clearance Type: You must be able to gain and maintain UK Government clearance.
Location: Burlington House, New Malden, Kingston-Upon-Thames, London, UK.
About Your Opportunity:
A key member of the Above Water Battlespace (AWB) Team, this role will be the primary point of contact to support helpdesk in service support for large and strategically important UK Defence Programmes.
The role provides customers with timely responses to technical queries. Opportunity to impact and shape the development of existing and future systems that support major UK Defence assets.

Your Responsibilities:
- Management of technical Helpdesk requests, liaising directly with the customer
- Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems
- Provides expertise for resolving technical problems, troubleshooting product issues and modifying products to customer requirements
- Management and maintenance of System Reference Sets including Hardware and Software
- Support production of technical documentation
Your Experience:
- Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering / technical subject (e.g. electrical engineering or similar)
- Able to deal with internal and external customers, displaying professionalism, in person, over the phone and via email
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in resolving technical issues with complex systems
- Able to use logical and creative thinking to solve technical problems and make decisions
- Is a team player, and can create, develop and maintain productive working relationships
